To get the best nutrition, our bodies need carbohydrates, proteins, fact, vitamins and minerals.  We also have to eat according to our body types and according to the various seasons.  Food can be sweet, sour, salty, bitter, pungent or astringent.
 
A fast food store does not have all these ingredients.
