Often we accept our human necessity only, if we are compelled to see and hear the signs.
When we are really sick, or we loose a loved person, then we are open to hold on, and do things diffently. Then we start giving our system, what it really needs to have, an antipol.

Tension - relaxation - tension - relaxation
This is the natural rhythm.
Day - Night day              spring - summer - autumn - winter

What is real relaxation?

First what is it not: when we come home in the evening, put on the TV, read newspapers at parallel, eat a little while doing so, smoke and trink alkohol - this means o lot of stress. Yoga means a different kind of relaxation!

There are three types:

The relaxation of the body: We can feel it, when all our muscles become completely slack, the body temperature is going down, the heart- and the breathing frequency is slowing down...

The relaxation of mind: we experience feeling no time and space. Are you daydreaming sometimes? Did you look at your watch afterwards, never believing how much time has passed? For you this was only a short moment.

The relaxation of the soul: is the most difficult one to dive in consciously. We do not feel anything, we do not think anything, we do not do anything, although we are witness of all happenings.
We pass through this relaxation unconsciously while sleeping very deeply.

We can catch all this relaxation after the yoga asanas in every training session.
