I´m a yoga teacher and ayurveda nutrition advisor. 

My life is shaped by working on my self enlightment which I am trying to attain with intensive sadhana. I would like to share the things I have learned with friends for peace und happiness for all.

My partner Lakshmi Shankar (Sabine Frank) is a dynamic and sensitive yoga teacher with a vast knowledge of all aspects of yoga.

In the picture you also can see Lord, the Magyar-Viszla, who lived with us at Mirakuli until christmas 2007.
